PHOTO SESSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Waiver. By agreeing to do a photography session with Ivori Studios and its Photographer, the Client is at this moment Waiving,
releasing and discharging Ivori Studios and Photographer from any liability, including but not limited to
liability arising from negligence or fault of the entities or persons released for death, disability, personal injury,
property damage or any actions of any kind which may occur during the photo session and during the time spent in
Studio’s premises.
The studio and Photographer are not responsible for injuries inflicted upon participating parties. Client(s) will
be responsible for their children and themselves and release Photographer and Studio from any claims
against their person or business. The Client shall maintain control of other subjects, including siblings. It is the
The client's responsibility is to ensure the cooperation of additional subjects so as not to intrude on the immediate
photography area. The Client shall provide all necessary controls over other subjects. If an individual
involved in the photo session does not agree to the terms of this agreement, the Client assumes responsibility
for any liability.
The client confirms and is obliged to attend and be present during the photo session.
The client permits the Photographer to take photos of newborns, kids, and minors.
The client confirms that he/she is a parent or legal guardian of the minor participating in the photo session.
Electronic Devices. Cameras, phone cameras, and video are not permitted during any session unless approved by
Photographer.
All images and copyrights are the property of Metyda Studios and Photographer. In exchange for services provided
(compensated and non-compensated), the Photographer and Studio retain the exclusive right to copy, edit, and
distribute any/all images created under this agreement to the public for any reason, including but not limited to
advertising, marketing, sales, print competitions, educational seminars, and monetary gain. Digital files and
previews remain the exclusive property of the Photographer and Studio. Under no circumstances can a client use
these images for profit, commercial endeavors, professional display, or competition. However, Client may print
(on their own) their photographs and share digital photos and links on the web on their social media
accounts.
Deposit Policy
A deposit payment of $113 ($100+HST) is mandatory for an appointment to be saved and confirmed. It is expected to be
e-transferred to metydastudios@gmail.com, notifying our admin right after. The outstanding balance can be paid on the day of your appointment.
Once the deposit e-transfer is completed and sent, please NOTIFY us so we can verify and confirm it promptly.
Once the deposit payment is confirmed received from our admins, you will be sent an official email confirmation consisting of all
previously agreed details.
The prices do not include HST.
The deposit is refundable if the notice is given at least ten days before the appointment. In case of an emergency
Ten days or less from the appointment date, we can reschedule your session within the next 30 days. If
an appointment is rescheduled once, the deposit automatically becomes non-refundable.
We can reschedule an appointment only once. After, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required
to book a new appointment.
For cancellation or rescheduling requests that occur in less than 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeited, and new deposit will
be required for a new appointment.
Photography services are non-refundable services.
The deposit will be retained for NO SHOW, and you must make another deposit payment if you want to schedule
another session.
Being late for more than 20min (package 1) or 60min (package 2), an appointment will be considered and treated
as a NO SHOW.
DIGITAL PHOTO DELIVERY
You will be provided an email with a link consisting of all digital, JPEG, watermark-free
files in high resolution within the next two business days (please check your junk/spam folder occasionally)
Once all the photos are downloaded and saved on your computer, you can choose your favorite photos
accordingly included in your previously selected package. Please reply to the same email with only the numbers of
your favorite photos (the last four digits of the photo file on your computer)
Our team will happily confirm receipt. The editing process will be over in two weeks, after which you will receive
your edited photos.
Please note that none of our packages include hard copy prints but exclusively digital photos for you to print and
enlarge as you wish.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To maintain storage capacity, we only keep all files for three months before replacing them with new ones. Three months
are allocated for your editing choice, counting from the day of the session. After the three months pass, we won’t
be able to accept your choice and edit your photos.
We will keep your edited photos for one year time. In case you did not download and save it or you lost your edited
pictures or any other occasion occurred, we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide you with your edits after 1
a year has passed.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change and may vary at any time. Prices are honored for 30 days unless the session is
booked, and the deposit received under already agreed prices.
Damage and Cleaning:
Please do not step on the furniture in shoes, and use indoor shoes or shoe covers when entering
the studio rooms during the fall/winter months. We can provide you with shoe covers if you need
them. If you take pictures in your outdoor shoes, you will be asked to wipe them down.
Please do not bring candles into the studio unless they have glass coverings. Open-flame candles
drip wax onto floors and other surfaces, causing damage, and the lit candles are not allowed and
require special permission. Please email or call us for special permission if you need such a
thing.
If there are damages to the floor/furniture/props / V Flats, or any other studio equipment,
including extension, during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages.
The broken furniture leg damage fee is $200, and floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-
Five hundred, depending on the extent of the damage, furniture damage is subject to a $100-$1000 damage
fee.
Your booking is only for the room that you rented for the duration of the rental.
By booking the session with Studio, You agree that you have read and understood this agreement,
including the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound to them.
