To secure your slot and confirm your appointment, a deposit is required, along with a completed booking form that includes your full name, contact number, and email address. The exact date, time, and studio room must be clearly agreed upon in advance with one of our admins via Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, email thread, or phone call.

A deposit payment of $113 ($100 + HST) is required to secure and confirm your appointment. This must be sent via e-transfer to metydastudios@gmail.com and you must notify our admin immediately after sending the payment. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your session. You will also be asked to fill out a booking form, which provides us with the necessary contact information to deliver your photos. Once the deposit is received and confirmed by our team, you will receive an official email confirmation including all previously agreed-upon details.

The deposit is refundable only if cancellation notice is given at least 14 days before the appointment. In case of an emergency within 14 days of your appointment, we offer a one-time rescheduling within the next 30 days. After the first reschedule, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Appointments can only be rescheduled once. Any further changes will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new one will be needed to rebook. No-shows will result in the deposit being retained, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. Being late by more than 20 minutes (Package 1) or 60 minutes (Package 2) will be considered a no-show. Photography services are non-refundable. ​

The prices does not include HST. Prices are subject to change at any time. Quoted rates are valid for 7 days, unless your session is booked and the deposit is received under previously agreed pricing.

You will be provided an email with a link consisted of all digital, jpeg, watermark free files in high resolution within 2 business days (please, check your junk/spam folder occasionally) Once all the photos are downloaded and saved on your computer, you can make the choice of your favorite photos accordingly included in your previously chosen package. Please, reply back to the same email with only the numbers of your favorite photos (last 4 digits of the photo file on your computer) Our team will happily confirm receipt. The editing process will be over in two weeks after which you will receive your edited photos. Please note that none of our packages include hard copy prints but exclusively digital photos for you to print and enlarge as you wish.

To maintain storage capacity, we only keep all files for 3 months before replacing them with new ones. 3 months’ time is allocated for you to make your editing choice, counting from the day of the session. After the 3 months pass, we won’t be able to accept your choice and edit your photos. We will keep your edited photos for 1-year time. In case you did not download and save or you lose your edited photos or any other occasion occurred, we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide you with your edits after 1 year has passed.

All images and copyrights are the property of Studio and Photographer. In exchange for services provided, Photographer and Studio retains the exclusive right to copy, edit and distribute any/all images created, to the general public, for any reason, including but not limited to: advertising, marketing, sales, print competitions, educational seminars, and monetary gain. Digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Photographer and Studio. Under no circumstances, can a client use these images for profit, commercial endeavour, professional display, or in competition. However, Client may print (on their own) their personal photographs and share digital images and links on the web, their social media accounts. Please, on your session day, if you will have your professional hair and makeup done elsewhere (please note we don't provide these services nor they can be done in studio premises), allow min +2h for makeup/hair plus travel distance to studio location. STUDIO APPOINTMENTS ARE STRICT and back-to-back making the flexibility to extend in case of being late unfortunately impossible. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
